JOB OVERVIEW 

The Health Care Compliance Analyst, will be part of a team responsible for overseeing the Health Care Compliance & Business Integrity (HCC & HCBI) activities of of our client's company. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, Corporate & Supply Chain Compliance, this role is part of the broader company's Health Care Compliance & Privacy (HCCP) organization. 

Responsibilities include the collection, audit, analysis, and reporting of compliance data through various system. This individual will maintain training and compliance records and collect relevant compliance metrics in accordance with HCCP timelines and reporting calendars. This individual will perform data entry, conduct data analysis, and prepare summary reports and presentations that summarize key compliance findings in support of the monitoring program to ensure adherence to HCC policies. 

In addition, this individual will provide user support and maintenance for various compliance systems, including the Totality transaction management system, EDGE database, as well as SharePoint repositories and intranet sites. Day-to-day responsibilities will include setting and maintaining user privileges, reviewing transaction data, entering compliance metrics, and acting as first-level technical support. 

Qualifications 

 

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years business experience. 
  • Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills; be self-directed, detail-oriented, and motivated. Candidates must communicate status on a regular basis and have the ability to prioritize on multiple tasks.
