JOB OVERVIEW 

Account Coordinator works as part of a larger Client Marketing team on digital marketing and advertising campaigns, providing both tactical and strategic support to senior members of the team. The role will be primarily responsible for ensuring each campaign is scheduled and flighted in an efficient and optimized way. The Account Coordinator will support Account Managers in building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue within each account. Account Coordinator support will focus on maintaining project details and timelines and on assuming the day to day management of multiple client ad campaigns. The role does not require ad trafficking duties. 

This is a full time contractor position in the New York office. An ideal training ground for online advertising, the Account Coordinator role provides the right candidate an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across multiple advertising channels on Fortune 500 advertising accounts. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule digital ad inventory across channels (email, desktop, mobile, social) 
  • Implement and manage projects to ensure flawless delivery of client programs 
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery 
  • Create regular reports for internal teams 
  • Communicate ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers/agencies 
  • Assist Account Managers with downloading and presenting data, analyzing results, and developing strategic recommendations 
  • Assist in creating client presentations 
  • Maintain ongoing liaison with 3rd party vendors, and internal departments, to ensure campaign goals and objectives are satisfied 

Education/Experience Requirements: 

  • A Bachelors degree is required with ideally 2 or more years of field experience 
  • Experience working in the online media/advertising industry given strong preference 
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and great attention to detail 
  • Good interpersonal communications skills, comfortable in person and on phone 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of various advertising pricing structures (CPA, CPM, Sponsorship) 
  • Analytically oriented 
  • Excellent PC skills are required, including experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
