The successful candidate would have high level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: 
• Create a master overview of all key processes across digital ecosystem. Determine key flows and interrelationships between processes highlight gaps and overlaps and address with process owners and SMEs 
• With Senior Portfolio manager define and agree process documentation standards and provide guidelines to digital organization around how work should be documented 
• Create templates and tools to be used by process owners when documenting processes they own. Determine how these will be reviewed and held in our central documentation repository 
• With Portfolio manager agree on tools and technologies to be used to accelerate the value and consistency of process mapping and associated documentation 
• Determine the approach for Developing and training out process documentation in line with Portfolio manager 
• Work closely with process owner and cross functional team (including both IT and business) to identify and analyze core digital marketing IT processes and workflows. Facilitate the documentation of these processes to accelerate this work. Validate and modify existing documentation of process and work flows 
• Facilitating workshops with SME's to determine best approach to documenting processes and where appropriate provide the expertize to do this documentation 
• Work closely with process owner to identify opportunities to improve quality, cost, delivery and efficiency 
Required Skills and Experience: 
• At least 3-5 years experience as a Process Manager or Engineer managing Global enterprise program mapping on large and complex projects 
• Proven track record of managing the creation of process documentation across large scale multinational companies. 
• Strong background in process mapping methodologies and evidence of how you have applied these to business organizations 
• Experience of setting up process mapping disciplines and bringing together industry best practices to provide a sustainable process documentation ecosystem 
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering with an ability to be able to flex the level of documentation needed to meet the business outcomes 
• Ability to communicate process requirement needs to IT and business partners in their language and gather the data that is required from them to create a completed view of our process interaction 
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations 
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows 
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups 
• Strong business/client engagement skills 
• High level of competence with MS Office and work flow diagram software 
• Experience working with global team is preferred 
• Experience with Lean Process Management is preferred 
• Exposure to digital marketing process mapping and Agile development methodology is preferred 
• Bachelor Degree is required
